This policy describes how Meridian Code LLC (“Meridian Code,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the website at meridiancode.net (the “Site”). The short version: this is a simple informational website. We don't run accounts, forms, cookies, or analytics, and we collect as little as the internet allows.

Who we are

Information we collect through the Site

We do not collect personal information through the Site itself. The Site contains no contact forms, account systems, cookies set by us, advertising, or analytics tools.

Like nearly every website, the Site is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers automatically process technical data — such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested — to serve the pages and keep the service secure. Our Site is hosted by GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.); that processing is described in the GitHub Privacy Statement. Domain and email infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

Information you send us by email

If you email us, we receive your email address, name, and whatever you include in your message. We use this information to respond to you and, if we work together, to conduct that business relationship. Email to our domain is relayed by Cloudflare Email Routing and stored in Google's Gmail service, which act as processors on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

How long we keep correspondence

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was sent — for example, for the duration of a client engagement and any period required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. Because the only personal information we typically hold is email correspondence, the practical way to exercise these rights is to email us at contact@meridiancode.net and tell us what you'd like done. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the Site handles information — for example, by adding a contact form or analytics — we will update this policy and change the effective date above.
