These terms govern your use of the website at meridiancode.net (the “Site”), operated by Meridian Code LLC (“Meridian Code,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site.

Who we are

The Site is informational

The Site describes our services and how to reach us. Its content is provided for general information only and is not professional, technical, or legal advice for your specific situation. Nothing on the Site creates a client relationship or a binding offer of services.

Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements. If we work together, the signed services agreement between us — not these terms — controls that relationship, including scope, fees, confidentiality, and intellectual property in the work.

Intellectual property

The Site's content — including text, design, graphics, and the Meridian Code name and logo — belongs to Meridian Code LLC. You may view, link to, and quote the Site for reasonable, non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not copy the Site wholesale, use our name or logo to suggest endorsement, or pass our content off as your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, probing or testing its infrastructure without authorization, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it in connection with anything unlawful.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites and is delivered using third-party infrastructure (such as GitHub Pages and Cloudflare). We don't control third parties and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Code LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Meridian Code LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the courts located there.
